What should I do if I am having trouble logging into the Scanwell App?

Please confirm that the email address and password you entered do not contain any typos and that you have already created an account using that email address. Try using the Forgot Password feature located under the Log In screen.

If you are unsure whether or not you have an existing Scanwell account, click 'Sign Up' and create a new account. You will only be able to create one account associated with a single email address.
