What should I do if I am having trouble with the password reset?

Please confirm that the email address you entered does not contain any typos and that you have already created an account using that email address. For security purposes, Scanwell does not indicate whether or not the email address you entered exists in our system. It can take up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. Please check your spam/junk folder.
