My test kit is missing a piece, help!

Our test kits are assembled by real people, not robots, and sometimes mistakes happen.

First, we suggest you remove all the pieces from your test kit (including the instructions, tray, etc.) and make sure the piece has not slipped through into the bottom portion of the box. Please also check the box or packaging that the test kit arrived in. Blood collection tubes may be located in a separate bag stapled to a sheet of paper underneath the test kits.

If the missing piece is still not there, please send us a message using the Contact form or email us at support@scanwellhealth.com so that we can get you a replacement as soon as possible.
