The app is not accepting the lot number on my test kit

The lot number feature only works for our urinary tract infection (UTI) test. If you are using a UTI test and the lot number is not working, please send us a message using the Contact form and we can help you troubleshoot.

If you are using an antibody test kit for COVID-19, please scan the QR code instead of entering the lot number. The QR code is located on the back of your scan card inside your test kit. It is a square-shaped, black and white bar code. Please hover your phone over the QR code like you are taking a picture to start. If this doesn't work, please send us a message using the Contact form or email us at support@scanwellhealth.com with a picture of the QR code.
